As the name indicates, this is a game that allows you to create your own properties. But this is not like a normal building simulator, because it allows you to create a whole city, with a huge number of buildings, roads, parks, and other objects.
The way you create these objects is by using a special game mechanic called the "Guide". This is a map that is placed at the beginning of the game. When you first start the game, you will be given the option of creating a new property or village. If you choose the property option, you will be given the choice of a village, city, or town.
